Sears' 10% off sale, they say 'buy more, save more' but no matter how much you buy you only save 10% ever. The same with calories, fat and percentages. The more you eat of a food by itself it is still the same fat percentage. I just wanted to give an illustration to explain this better. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
