i never know what to do when my body gets like that! most times i eat a little less over a few days and it seems to level out. but its never solved.
yah about the fiber blend--a lady at the store i bought it at said having a SF/IF mix was better then just an SF blend. but i think she was referring to the other fiber blend by renewLIFE. that stuff had the same as this stuff + other tummy soothing herbs [marshmellow root, slippery elm bark..] perhaps i will try that another time. for now i decided to take the psyllium again.
i live w/my bf probably more west of you..by skokie and morton grove if you know that area.
