Yes, that's true. But I have been eating blueberries, and they I find it very strange that they are not really helping me.
I have peas. But I'm too cautious to eat them. I thought for sure they were a trigger.
I would not be able to try a smoothie, as I am not really on soy milk or anything yet. Every now and then I take sips of it to ease myself into it.
But I'm thinking about the zuchinni. I might make that recipe: 'Chocolate zuchinni bread.' Maybe that will help. Thanks.
Crew - how have you been doing? I remember you had your C under control, is your bloating under control as well?
