store bought bread       01/01/06 07:57 PM Edit Reply Quote ebrbetty Reged: 03/31/05 Posts: 116 Hi Guys, I'm trying to incorporate Bread back into my diet to see if I'm having trouble with Gluten. what store bought bread is safe for the IBS diet? today has been hell for me, I ate 3 Graham crackers and chicken stew that had cooked onions..I don't know which one caused the pain. this is all trial and error Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
