I found this searching around online.

Right now probiotics, like herbs, are not being regulated so we cannot be sure what we are getting when we buy these supplements. In the research of people taking probiotics were in people with highly-compromised immune systems from AIDS or cancer. So the next time you have a stomach ache there is no harm in eating some yogurt. Better yet, eat some before you start your antibiotics or when you take that trip to another country.

As for the pills and powders at the health food store, at this point you can take them or leave them -depending on how deep your pockets are.

So all I need to do is eat yogurt? I thought yogurt for sure would give me an attack.
