I'm a vegetarian with IBS. I notice that my IBS symptoms change from time to time. Lately I'm having problems tolerating beans, but mostly soy products like fake chicken nuggets and all faux meats. I get very bloaded and gassy. I don't know what to do at this point. I'm not eating much protein right now (beans, tofu, soy products, etc), and I'm kind of concern about that.
Can you handle soy products? do they make you gassy? For me that's the worst thing I can eat. I gives me stomachache sometimes too.
