peppermint oil       03/10/03 10:28 AM Edit Reply Quote britsarah Reged: 02/16/03 Posts: 253 Loc: United Kingdom I've looked back on previous posts on peppermint oil enteric capsules, and I find they work for me - I'm also lucky enough to get them on prescription so they only cost me about $9 for 84. I take one a day, an hour before breakfast and they really sort out my gas, but does anyone know if they are safe to take long term? I know they are natural, but are they a bit strong to take permanantly - I don't want to give up something that works! -------------------- Sarah Looking for inspiration...
