Go to the "Shop for IBS" link at the top; you'll find it there. I'd give the Cipro a try. Like I said, it's the only one that doesn't bother me. As for the anxiety, have you considered hypnosis? Check out the hypnosis board above. A lot of us have gone through this, and it's helped us IMMENSELY. I know it totally got rid of my anxiety. You'll find our success stories in that board. You can order the CDs online and do the program at home. It's a 100-day program that's extremely successful. Check it out.
