This hasn't been an easy road for me either. When I'm really bad off, I go clear liquids only. Stuff such as beef or chicken broth, juices, teas, water. Maybe I'll get brave and have a saltine cracker or two with the broth (it feels more like food then). I have to do this for a few days and then slowly add mild food (low fat and low residue) back into the system.
