I have had horrible dreams of having an attack and have woken up feeling ill, but those feelings dissipate as I fully awaken. Drinking some tea and taking it easy in the morning helps me get myself together and I try to shake the memory of what I dreamt. Sometimes telling someone else helps. Fortunately, I don't usually have an attack as a result of a dream. But that unsettling feeling can stay with me all day if I keep thinking about it or thinking the dream means something or is some sort of premonition. When I really started focusing on following Heather's diet and getting stable, I kept having what I call "Surprise! Poop!" dreams. For example, in one dream, I flushed the toilet and suddenly poop fell from the ceiling and piled all around me (neot on me). In another dream, I was cooking, and when I opened a cupboard door -- Surprise! Poop! Perfectly formed logs of poop were piled up in place of canned fruit and my dear Potato Buds. Very disgusting dreams, actually, and sorry if I shared a bit too much information. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
