But I have dreams that cause me to be upset and I have a hard time getting over it. I tell myself---IT'S NOT REAL---but I still feel crappy. I personally think some of my digestive problems are the physical manifestations of stress, upset, worry, etc. So if you're having this mental issue (the dream), it's like it tricks your body into thinking it's real. The real question is: why are you dreaming of D? Have you ever used the CDs? Ginger P.S. I think dreams are very powerful.
