I've been stable for awhile now and thankfully have few attacks, usually due to drugs more than food. But lately I've been waking up feeling very sick, barely able to make it to the bathroom in time, only to realize that it was a dream, not reality. I'm dreaming about being sick, with cramps, nausea, "D" of course, doubled-over, and then I wake up and have a hard time shaking myself into reality. Those feelings stay with me to the extent that I feel really sick, and some mornings it takes hours for my conscious mind to tell my subconscious, "get over it; it was just a stupid dream!"
I've been up now for an hour and a half, and my tummy is finally starting to calm down. The dream is fading, and as it does, I feel better.
Does this happen to any of you guys?
