The info on Primal Defense (and there is quite a bit of it) can be found at Primal Defense web page All I know is that my diahrrea has pretty much stopped and for that I am grateful. It takes up to 6 months in very severe cases to normalize bowel function. You can contact them for more information if you can't find the answers you want on the web page. The health food store where I shop has told me that this stuff is the best on the market and has helped many people who couldn't be helped any other way. It's pricey up here but I think the US price is $35 a bottle. One bottle will last about a month one the maintenance dose of 3 pills a day. Right now I am on the 6 a day plan to saturate my body with the organisms. I have been in contact with the makers and they have helped me a great deal.
