Psyllium is a harsh SFS. It can be good for C, but it does cause gas and bloating all on it's own.
The skinny stools are typical with IBS...it's to do with your GI tract moving too fast and cramping - nothing to do with waste! Try taking the Acacia regularly (everyday) - this is what you need to do for SFSs to work properly.
