Hey, Heather V!!       12/14/05 05:01 AM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 I was just reading IBS the First Year book again last night, & just wanted to say thank you again!!It is so great to know I'm not alone, & I'm not crazy! I read cerin things in the book & I recall incidents in my life when I had trouble w/ certin foods. I'm quite stable now thanx to the book & this website! There were soo many times before when I didn't know what to eat, I was living on friuts & veggies for a bit there. It never ceases to amaze me what I've learned through reading this & the info on this website. This site has been such a blessing.
