Hi Linz & thanks for the welcome I was told that I have an very acid stomach & lots of air in my stomach. Me personally prefer not to take meds of any kind. I have tried many over the years & now prefer to do all naturally. The frequnet eating is something my old gastroenterologist (he's retired now ) use to tell me to do. It's hard sometimes to feel like eating when your not hungry & or eat when you're not sure your stomach is gurgling & or burning from upset or hunger.
