FOOD ALLERGY QUESTION- NEED FEEDBACK       12/12/05 08:49 PM Edit Reply Quote Sidewalker Reged: 01/04/05 Posts: 105 hi all- after a few months of eliminating various foods i discovered that i am allergic to phenolic compounds, which are pretty much present in every type of food. typically if one is allergic to something the best treatment is to just avoid it, well thats not gonna be so easy in this case since these chemicals are ubiquitous in all vegetables, fruits, meats, etc. anyone have any advice?
