I've been suffereing w/ IBS for a few years now & it has gotten worse. I do not eat any meat, chicken, fish, (been vegeterian since a young age, no milk, yogurt, fried foods, sodas, aftificial sweetners & any other foods that can pose a problem. I have constant rumbling & gurgling sounds in my bowels & occasionally stomach no matter if I am full or not. Ususally goes away for a while when I (pardon) either pass gas or have a bowel movement. Was wondering if this is normal or if any one else expriences this? I also have alot of burning in between my breatbone & navel area which sometimes goes lower which I can't decipher if it's hunger or not & a full feeling in my stomach whether full or not also. I have lots more questions but I figured I'll start with this. Thanks, Michele
