You totally cracked me up with your definition of "C"...2 daily features! That would be me! I consider C the same thing. I went about 6 times today b/c I was at work and I'm stressed there. I made the mistake of not taking immodium soon enough. Have you ever taken Immodium and before it started to work, you had stuff trapped in there and it still had to come out even after the Immodium?
Would taking it the night before help the attacks in the morning? I simply hate going so many times at work!
