It is so refined that your body cannot utilize it. A lot of major grocery stores have bakeries these days. You should check out that section of the store and read the labels. Look for a bread that has all natural ingredients that you can understand. I recommend finding a natural foods store. Organic foods and unrefined (or minimally refined) foods will feed your cells and help heal your immune and digestive systems.
