Please don't feel alone. Sometimes we just miss someone's post. I can't have soy milk rice milk OR almond milk. do I have IBS...I have interstitial cystitis (which has another diet I have to eat for) as well as several other illnesses (including bipolar). I would love to have a bowl of cereal. With ANY kind of liquid. But I can't. It IS hard but we will get through it together...
