Here are some answers: No I do not eat the skin off of the potato Yes I do take benefiber. I know that benefiber makes me bloated on an empty stomach, but I think I might be okay with it. No, I have never tried Phazyme. What is it? Do you need a prescription for it? I am not on any sort of medication for this. I was thinking though, that maybe I shouldn't be getting SF and IF in one meal like supper, as I often do. Would it be safe to eat SF all throughout the day, then when supper comes, have a meal that contains all IF? I was thinking that maybe that is the problem. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
