IBS-C Hi Beth, Yes, I haven't used it since my stroke, and it certainly hasn't seemed to worsen my condition at all. It could even be that it might help if I started it up again. However, right now since I'm improving, I'm going to hold off doing it. The primary reason is it just about requires drowning yourself with water which could push up my BP to high which is more important now. Also, just because I'm not doing it doesn't mean I don't think other people should not do it either, especially since it has proven for the most part to be very effective. That advice was for Isabel who may be helped by it.
