I meant with one sitting, which would be my main meal of the day the rest of the day would include snacks, such as a couple of arrowroot crackers or something.
I believe that with any one of your mentioned snacks would cause bloating for me.
When I eat something like: 4 or 5 arrowroot crackers, I would be fine. But when I go to eat a plate of supper, (I don't even think it matters what it is) I will become bloated anyway!! I am wondering if I have a very low tolerance to food quantity. This would be very difficult.
For supper today, I am going to have a peice of Halibut fish. If I have one peice, I will probably be bloated. Aside from the potatoes, would any of you experience the same?
