Yes, I generally consume what might be called supper. I have to eat it very slowly or else I feel ill. There's almost always IF and always SF. I prefer rice to potatoes, a green vegetable, and an SF vegetable. Sometimes, I start out with soup or a high SF appetizer/ hors'deurve/pre-supper munchie or snack(I used to do salad but that is most disagreeable at this time). If I'm not in the mood for this first course, I'll have it later on or for lunch the next day.

Truly, though, I cannot stomach a whole potatoe. I usually buy mini potatoes.
