I spoke too soon!       12/05/05 09:38 AM Edit Reply Quote Sandyg Reged: 09/13/04 Posts: 403 I posted yesterday about having not gone for 2 days and then having a perfectly normal day. Well today...I felt normal until I went grocery shopping. I felt like I had to go but could hold it. I get home, get my son lunch, and POW, big D hits me and I couldn't get to the bathroom fast enough! I literally exploded when I got there with the gurgling stomach accompanying it all! I've gone 3x in the last hour and feel my stomach still gurgling. I got a little cocky yesterday, having coffee, ham, cookies loaded with fat. You know eating like there was no IBS in me! I'm making a nice cup of peppermint tea and going into the corner with my dunce cap! Back to my safe diet! Sandy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
