Try getting used to the soy milk...it took me an age but now I love it AND it's GREAT for both the IBS and my GERDS.

Try herbal teas (not peppermint or ginger).

And yep, you are going to have to bite this bullet at some time! Getting stable is NOT a depressing thought.
