Hi! I find that no matter how healthy and IBS friendly I eat, that I feel bloated after dinner, and sometimes after lunch. IT's a REAL bore. Anyhow, what I find helps immediately is to drink a cup of strong peppermint tea, or eat Altoids if I am busy at work. Plus if I can get up and do the dishes or go for a walk outside, that helps too. If I eat smaller meals more often, that helps fool my body into less bloating. But sometimes, I'd rather just eat a delicious full dinner and deal with the fullness feeling in my stomache, that invariabley causes discomfort or gas in my lg. intestine.
