Onion (or 1 Small), finely chopped 1-1/2 Cups Grated Soy Cheddar 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional) Then follow the directions on the package. Hope you like 'em! We sure do. They freeze fabulously; when I'm busy, hubby just takes one out of the freezer and pops it in the Mike for a few seconds, then eats it "on the run." Perfect.
