Sheri - Thanks for the kudos. I always say (and don't I always?) that a day without laughter is like a day without sunshine. Know what I mean?

I worry too, don't get me wrong, but most times I'm so busy, I forget about worrying UNTIL SOMETHING REALLY BIG HAPPENS. And when I say something really big, I mean like my husband getting sick and not being able to work for a year. Now, that's something to worry about. I had absolutely no control and no say in the matter. But, with IBS, we can do all the things we KNOW are right and hope that they work--don't worry that they won't.

So, keep a stiff upper, honey, everything will work out if you stick to it and most importantly, have a good attitude. I know it's hard to do when you don't feel well. (I've had gas for two days now, and I'm starting to get ticked

because all I ate was 2 tbsp of FF sour cream...so today at the health food store, I bought soy sour cream and I'll see how that works). It's a bit higher in fat that I'd like, but it's should still be okay.
