I actually broke the toilet - and we were all in one small room with only two bathrooms!! I can really laugh about it now but at the time I was horrified! Remember - you can really stress yourself out and make yourself worse. Do what I do - make sure that morning (and the night before too) that you eat for your IBS per Heather's instructions and tell yourself - "I did everything I was supposed to do. I am FINE". It's a mental game I play with myself so that I don't worry about getting sick. It's not easy but you can do it. I know that often times with my IBS I really am not having an attack - I get so stressed worrying about my tummy that I give myself one. Good luck! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
