I switched to Oilsmart by Renew Life and that one made me really sick. So, I don't do oils at all anymore!! Just be careful with it and if you notice your nausea getting worse, it's from the Flax. It has been known to cause nausea in some people, according to the chick that works at my Health Food Store... Michelle -------------------- IBS-D.
