My husband and I watched two of the episodes when I got the DVD on Wednesday. He says I had a huge grin on my face the whole time, and I believe it! I love watching cooking shows, but it becomes so damn tedious to have to say to myself "No, can't eat that; maybe if I did some fat substitutions on that other one and ate a lot of bread, I could manage it; etc." With Heather's show, I know I could eat any of them and feel wonderful afterwards. A plus was that the whitefish recipe would work fine for my husband, who has diabetes.
Thank you, Heather, for giving us a food show that I can watch without getting sympathy cramps!
