Is the Nexium starting to work? I find it increasingly challenging to eat much--i.e. only certain foods! It's frustrating! Like you, the small meals work best. It's just frustrating having to further modify my diet. I've been using Extra-Strength Gas-X for any pressure/air bubbles that get trapped in my tummy and find it hugely effective. I get reflux, sometimes, from trapped gas. (I have asthma and I KNOW I swallow air! My reflux partially is related to asthma drugs.) Truly, it's a treat to fart! (Hope that's not too much information) I just find the foods that I can tolerate with reflux and IBS-D dwindling. It's eerie. Are you experiencing the same thing?
