Unfortunately, not really. The regular chicken version contains both MSG and whey. It's the MSG that really bothers me. I'm pleased to announce that I recently found sage flavored stuffing, and was soooo happy to see that there was absolutely no MSG in it!! Why they can't take it out of the original flavor I'll never know. It does still contain whey, but it's one of the last ingredients listed, so it's probably a very small amount. I'm planning on giving it a try. But be forewarned it does contain small amounts of that trigger.
