Re: Eat for Breakfast and Lunch??       11/17/05 07:31 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 Breakfast: peppermint and/or fennel or raspberry leaf tea with acacia oatmeal made with applesauce, finely chopped nuts and loads of cinnamon - I gotta have my oatmeal in the mornings ...plus sometimes egg whites scrambled with pureed greens (like spinach, swiss chard + zucchini, or other combos) too Lunch: sandwich of turkey (on my non vegetarian days, lol) or fake soy "meat", pickles, pickled hot peppers and mustard and baked potato chips on the side OR homemade chili or soup with bread or a baked potato OR leftovers from last night's dinner ...with a banana or applesauce cup, or sometimes a rice krispie square, for dessert Hope that helps!
