I stay at home so I may have leftovers from supper (most of the time)... a baked potato with mushrooms, bacos (sometimes), smart balance light, a safe veggie and maybe some chicken breast.... Hmmmm Sometimes I will have an egg sandwich. I just fry an egg white (season it how you want) and put it on safe toast with a tiny bit of smart balance and have some applesauce with it all.
