Right now, I'm very unstable with my hiatal hernia.....I can hardly eat anything. Breakfast: Oatmeal (Instant) with Fennel Tea and maybe a banana if I'm still hungry. (can't have peppermint because of my acid reflux) Lunch: Plain white rice with some cinnamon, soy milk, and stevia. And a Banana. Very yummy and digests really nice!! Dinner is pretty much the same thing. I can't eat anything after 5:00pm as per doctor's orders. No meat.....too acidic right now. -------------------- IBS-D.
