HI there! I was diagnosed with celiac a year ago--now it turns out my gallbladder was the problem and I don't have it, but I ate gluten free and IBS safe for a year... keep this in mind-- for celiac symptoms to goa way it can take anywhere from 6 months to a year...so just after you start glutenf ree you won't be better for a bit...how long have u been eating GF? Also, celiac is just so hard on your symptom before you get diagnosed that IBS can worsen for awhile until it works its way out and your intestines heal. Hang in there-- miralax was my savior during all of that time... I took half a dose once a day and boy did that work! Good luck to you...and there are a few people on this site that can really give good GF/IBS advice!
