Multi-Vitamins       01/31/03 12:18 PM Edit Reply Quote Philos Reged: 01/31/03 Posts: 2 One of the things that upsets my IBS is when I take GNC's Women's UltraMega Multi. It's a very complete vitamin and I believe it is one of the best, which is why I've taken it, in the past (before I got IBS). I keep trying to get back on it thinking I will eventually benefit from it, however, I don't have my IBS under control so I stop taking it. Can anyone suggest a gentler multi-vitamin?
