IBS-C and Celiac...starting all over again need help!       11/14/05 05:29 PM Edit Reply Quote jamiep Reged: 12/21/04 Posts: 92 Loc: Arroyo City Texas USA I was on the IBS diet for several months when I was diagnosed as having Celiac after a biopsy. So I thought being Gluten free would take care of everything. Boy was I wrong! I am so sick again. I'm going to start on the what to eat when can't eat anything part. Here's my delema...I've been taking citrucel and miralax twice a day to keep me going but, I have so many spasms now...Should I start back at the begining with that too?
