I have two children and fell pregnant with the second while on anti-depressants. I felt terrible as I did not know I was pregnant (why would I be after 3 years of infertility and 7 IVF attempts!), and was on them a while before found out. I then had to wean off them. I worried about it a lot but Will was born perfect. I would just try to limit any meds as much as possible and only take them if you really have to.
