those items you mentioned you blew it on... there are very similiar safe recipes in eating for IBS.

I know when I first made the change it seemed difficult and I too had to restock my pantry and fridge with a lot of items I'd never even used before. Once you get used to it though it does become easy and I don't find it to be any more expensive I'm just buyng different things now. Also the convenience meals you suggest can be quite expensive and I find it is cheaper to cook with fresh ingredients.

I don't find any of the recipes to be too difficult.... if we can do it then I know you can too!

I know it seems difficult to attempt a new way of doing things but how difficult is it to live with IBS attacks?

It's worth it and you can ask us as many questions as you like about any of the recipes.

you can also do simple things like grilling a chicken breast or peice of fish and well steaming some vegies to go with it.

Also you can cook large batches of some safe things and freeze them so that you can just whip them out and reheat them and not have to cook each day.

I do this with soups, pasta sauces, risottos.
