Re: Increasing SFS       11/09/05 07:05 PM Edit Reply Quote KinOz Reged: 02/02/03 Posts: 909 Loc: Brisbane, Australia Hi, I take benefiber and started with 1 tsp twice a day and then doubled my dose every 3 or so days until I was taking 3/4 Tablespoon twice daily. The key is just to increase gradually but there's no hard and fast rule. Just as long as you didn't go from the 1/4tsp straight to two T or soemthing. 1/2tsp per day isn't very much and I'd be looking to increase that amount over the next few weeks. kerrie -------------------- What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
