Hi, The longer I continue to eat CONSISTENTLY according to this diet, the better I'm feeling! However, I'm now wondering why I need to also use the soluble fiber supplmts if I'm eating at home safely every day per this diet?
Would it be OK to just use the supplmts when I'm going to be eating away from home ie: use them on days when I'm not able to control my diet to be sure it's 100% safe? Thanks.

Why need to use the fiber supplmts if eating high soluble fiber faithfully
