Get back in the saddle and keep on going. Remember, you had to take that awful worm medication so that's probably the reason why you destabilized. So take good care of yourself, and hang in there. You'll bounce back! I find that now I'm stable it takes a lot LESS time to re-stabilize than it did originally. Just follow the steps you did before - just take it slowly.
