Think of all the supplements you have purchased. Think of how many did not work. Remember all that you have read here. Know that there is no one pill cure for IBS. Yes, a quality probiotic will help you feel much better. But you do not have to go broke to purchase one and you will still see improvement in your condition. Beth, there are zillions of "you-will-be better" cures out there. I have family memebers who are up to their eyeballs in debt over supplements and natural treatments trying to cure something that isn't curable and the family member is sicker than ever. Just don't get swindled. You are not going to find one capsule that is going to cure your IBS. Otherwise this site and all the folks here would not exist. I'm not trying to be a downer.
