I reduced my benefiber and am only going to take it at night. I did that and am not chained to the toilet all afternoon and could go out without anxiety and trepidation! I did 9g of benefiber, last night, but more as a D preventative, if that makes sense. I only needed one Immodium today! Most days, though...I eat more than 20g of SF.
