Going on vacation - need advice       11/01/05 10:58 AM Edit Reply Quote michellerudolph Reged: 10/18/05 Posts: 10 I'm going to NYC this weekend to visit a friend. Planning on sticking to the diet but am still worried about having flare ups (esp. since we'll be eating out at a lot of restaurants). And have memories of last trip to NY with bad D and stuck in a cab - total nightmare. Any advice for things I could do preventatively? I'm thinking of taking an immoium a day while I'm there just to be careful but this stuff generally does give me a bad case of c, for about a week. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
