I consider an attack to be a lot of pain, bloating and gas(not just the usual minor symptoms, I'm talking a sudden increase). Usually lasts a whole evening. Going to the bathroom can help since being C makes the symptoms worse.
It sounds like you're still in the mode of having an attack everyday...I used to be like that! Have you tried cutting back on all the triggering foods?
